Considering the circumstances this comes as no surprise, Jessie Marie Davis is still missing. Not much has changed since I wrote about this on Monday. There have been a couple of new developments, an ex-girlfriend spoke out about her relationship with non-suspect Bobby Cutts Jr and a newborn baby was found on a doorstep. The baby on the doorstep was intreaguing at first and seemed to support my theory that someone wanted to steal the baby. As I put more thought into it, it didn’t add up. I’m still going with the married boyfriend angle.
I don’t know how many of you out there caught On The Record last night but Greta did a tour of Jessie’s house. Seems kind of early to have people going through the house but the police released the crime scene over to the family. One of Jessie’s sisters (along with some other guy, I didn’t catch who he was but I’m thinking a lawyer) was Greta’s tour guide. She seemed to know her sister very well, almost too well if you ask me. This is coming from an only child so what do I know. They went over Jessie’s routine, there was the alarm clock that was still set, the curling iron wasn’t out, things should wouldn’t do like open a door to a stranger, they showed how she would put a stick in the sliding door for extra security. And then there was the bedroom, the carpet was cut out, there was bleach poured or spilled, the night stand was tipped over but had since been set back up, and then there was the lamp without a lampshade …hmmmmmm. Where is the lampshade? Did law enforcement take it as evidence or is it with the comforter?
As for the baby on the doorstep, they’re running DNA to see if there’s a match. I don’t think this is Jesse’s baby, I hope I’m wrong but I just don’t think it is. There have been cases where delusional women pretend to be pregnant and then stalk a pregnant woman to steal the baby to pass it off as their own. If this were the scenario then why leave the baby on someones step? Maybe the person couldn’t pass the baby off as their own since it’s a bi-racial baby. All speculation …I don’t have any answers. *sigh*
So back to Bobby boy! His ex-girlfriend had nothing nice to say. I think she had an order of protection against him, said he had a temper. It should be noted that she’s an aspiring actress so this could be her way of getting her name out there. There isn’t much news on the wife. We know she’s not being considered a suspect either. All sorts of motive in this case but no suspects. I’ve read that she knew about the 2 year old son and recently found out about the baby that’s on the way. How recent, I don’t know? The couple is separated, I’ve heard since February and I’ve heard just a couple of months. Sometimes I wonder if we’ll ever know the real story.
