Warning, warning …

I’m in a very foul mood today.  Not sure why since I finally got a good nights sleep last night. 

So what’s my problem today? 

Let’s start with our good old buddy, Governor Spitzer.  I will be happy once I see his name in a headline with “recall election” next to it.  Does anyone know how we can start this process?

Next up, people who try to lose weight but complain because they can’t.  To them I say, you can lose weight but you have to be willing to do so first.  It’s not about the latest diet, it’s a lifestyle change.  Anyone who doesn’t agree with that will continue to buy bigger sizes.  I know, I’ve struggled too. 

The tax rebate check we’re all supposed to get.  Isn’t it great that the government is going to send many of us a check so we can spend it?  Ummm …no.  Who do you think is going to pay for that in the end?  Nothing in life is free.  Unless you fall in the percentage of people who don’t pay taxes and are still receiving a check.  And does the government really believe this small amount of money is going to stimulate the economy?  The middle class will use it to pay bills (most likely the ones they’re behind on), while the upper middle class will save it. 

On that note, I’m going on my lunch break.  Maybe I’ll be in a better mood when I get back.  LOL
